        Christmas and New Years deliveries

We will not be despatching orders between 22/12/11 and 3/1/12 . The final day for next day delivery will be 21/12/11, then resuming 3/1/12. The last day to guarantee delivery for regular delivery is 19/12/11.

UK Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm Mon - Thurs and before 10am Fri are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availabilty) and orders placed after those times will be sent out the following working day for 3-5 day delivery.

NOTE: PLEASE CAN YOU CONTACT US IF YOU REQUIRE NEXT DAY DELIVERY, AS IT IS NOT CURRENTLY AN OPTION ON THE SHOPPING BASKET. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THE PRICES LISTED BELOW.

Next Day delivery does NOT apply for weekends as all items are delivered on week days. If you make a next day delivery order on a Friday, please contact the office to confirm delivery and for us to arrange carriage and agree any additional charges.

When purchasing multiple items please be aware that certain items are imported to order so may incur extended delivery times.  Your full order will be held before dispatch until all items are present, unless we are advised otherwise by the customer.

Carriage and packing cost

There is a minimum carrier charge and all charges are according to weight and include packing. Carriage and packing charges are calculated at the end of the product picking selection process.

International Delivery

EU deliveries are expected within 3-7 working days

Rest of World deliveries are expected within 5-12 working days

Delivery charges are calculated by weight and dimension of item/s ordered (It is usually best to ask us for a quote before purchasing large items such as photo frames or clocks

We are open to all customers and delivery addresses worldwide. Please contact us for delivery costs if your country does not appear in the checkout section.
