Delivery Information

UK purchases are usually received within 1 to 2 working days, although during extremely busy periods this can extend up to a maximum of 7 working days.

We aim for delivery within 7 working days European Union and 14 working days Rest of the world.

If you would like your goods delivered on a specific date we will always try our hardest to meet your requirements.  Please contact us for further information.

All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Non UK Orders
Orders placed for delivery addressed outside mainland UK will be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds from the card issuer. We will always notify you if the delivery time is likely to be longer than that indicated above.

Carriage and packing cost
There is a minimum carrier charge and all charges are according to weight and include packing. Carriage and packing charges are calculated at the end of the product picking selection process.

Tracking your order
To track your order, simply call one of our Customer Services on 0121 622 1772 and tell them your name and order invoice number(s), or email general@mylivingspace.co.uk.

Overseas orders
We are open to all customers and delivery addresses worldwide. Please contact us for delivery costs. Expected delivery times are within 7 days for European Union and 14 days for the rest of the world.
